Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

honestly when I bought these I was hesitant due to the color and price, my package arrived today and it's so precise to my hair color it's scary, it feels great to wear and looks very real. Unfortunately I only bought one extension so i do a half up and it fixes everything. DEFINITELY buying more, AMAZING PRODUCT.

They're rough and knotted just by getting them out of the bag. I haven't gotten to use them yet outside the house. I have very smooth and fine hair, and I wanted to give volume to the extension (my hair is longer than this), but you can always tell the step where I put it. Clips, or they're not good, or something fails. They open themselves. I 've used it only at home to adapt a little to them, but it weighs a lot for those clips, they open up and end up hurting your hair like when you hook it up somewhere. To others perhaps it would be better with width for 4 clips, instead of 5, or my head is too small (maybe that's why I can tell the step where I'm taking it from?). They could be worth someone with slightly thicker, wavy or shaped hair.
